This nifty little leather clip is really well made. It has a steel clip on the back (to clip onto clothes, bags etc.) and then the leather part folds out with a snap on button. It keeps my earphone wires from tangling and from excessive rubbing together (which causes a noise disturbance for the inner-ear earphones).
