I did not believe something so small could sound ths good. The stereo separation is excellent. You can prove it to yourself by playing Jimi Hendrix's "Voodoo Child." The noise canceling feature is also good. When you are playing music, all you will hear is music. It's wonderful to be about to block out the Muzak that assaults your senses in stores, elevators (yes, there is elevator music), the gym, and eveywhere else this stuff is imposed on an unwilling public. Without music, the earphones also do a pretty good job blocking out unwanted sound.
