These are great phones! Simple, small, and good sound. Like most Sony's, they deliver good bass, but these have a clean upper end as well. I compare them to the EX70, but a bit less bass (which is a good thing). These can also be compared to the Sennheiser CX300, similar sound stage: full, with emphasis on bass. Not as much detail as high-priced phones, but very acceptable range. They are comfortable, stay in my ears, very light weight, and I like the long cord. The plug is shaped to fit an iPhone, too.
