Simply great headphones. I use these while indoors so im able to hear my surroundings and use my sound isolating headphones outside to block the noisy back round of riding the bus. The volume and bass of these are great. They're a bit of the expensive side but they're very durable compared to the ipod headphones which broke within months of use. I would of given them a better rating if it wasn't for the price. …read full review

I use different earphones for different purposes... Sony's for exercising, D-Jay's for commuting to work, and others for listening to music at home. I have been using the AUdio Technica ATH-CM700ti's for a while now, and they are certainly not very good to use while exercising: the heavy weight of the metal casing, combined with the long heavy cord, makes them fall out of the ears easily. It's imossible for me to keep these in my ears while moving at all. However, the sound is good. The volume is incredible, and the sound that comes from these seems to have a lot of "power". The bass is VERY VERY deep, and great for bass-heavy music. The treble has finally …read full review

I have owned the previous CM7 that rotated, and i though that was one of its design flaws. Don't get me wrong, the CM7's are an excellent earphones, just don't play around with it too much because the hinge became loose after a few weeks when i was using it nearly everyday. When the CM700Ti came out without the swivelling function, i bought it immediately because i really liked the CM7 and was hoping Audio Technica would build a CM7 without the swivelling hinge. The sound as always with audio technica's are natural and revealing, with a bit more bass compared to the CM7's. Im a bit upset that my sources are only 20-20,000 because i would love to hear the …read full review

The follow-on of the sucessful CM7TI, the next generation flagship of Audio-Technica's Stick Earphones. I got one of these in the middle of August. After 3 months of listening and comparing with my old CM7TI. The result is, it's not better than the CM7TI in my ears. The highs got better, but the bass was...... The sound dimension got flater than the old CM7TI. Another complain, the packing made it seem cheap, it does not have the high-class feeling we see on CM7TI's packing. Time for good news, thewhole has got lighter than before. (I'm wondering that it isn't made from Titanium anymore...) The carrying case has great improvement, bigger and easier …read full review
