Here is the honest review of this silent mouse. First, I looked all over and found this to be the best buy I could find. I was a little scared to buy overseas as I have been burned before. But, their email contact, correct billing, and shipping were perfect. I felt very satisfied with the transaction. As for the mouse, it is silent beyond silent. I play World of Warcraft(Shadowcouncil-Lestadt) and my computer is in my bedroom. My wife complained about the loud clicking at 2am. This fixed the problem and saved our marriage. LOL. andaba buscandolo por medio mundo, me instale el lector de caracteres japoneses, cuando un buen amigo me recomendo esta genial web. y al fin pude cumplir uno de mis sueños (de los faciles, claro) tener un raton silencioso. cuando lo comentaba con los amigos se reian de mi, pero ahora estan sorprendidisimos de la eficacia del raton, realmente es silencioso, ahora no se nota si estoy navegando, subiendo bajando, y sobre todo he dejado de escuchar los molestos clicks de los ratones normales. It is indeed silent. The feel of double clicking and how hard the buttons needs to be depressed takes some time. I find I miss some double clicks at times, but this is getting better and of course double click rate can be adjusted. I don't yet prefer this mouse to others, but I am only using it in patient exam rooms to make my clicks needed to document history/exam.
As for quality, it is light and the plastic feels cheap,--as someone said if it wasn't silent these would be incredibly cheap. BUT I couldn't find any other silent mouse for sale--so this is the only option.

Firstly, a very good feel about this device. Most importantly it is extremely quiet when clicking. In fact, there is no click! My work involves using a laptop and mouse before a live microphone on TV. The audience finds the 'click, click' of a traditional mouse very annoying. If you need to work quietly this is the device for you...it's as silent as a mouse! Finally, Audiocubes delivery period was exceptional. …read full review

Thanks to AudioCubes, this silent mouse is a godsent. Sometimes you wonder why we have to pay for things like "battery lightbulb," but you know I guess they are inventions. So no more clicks as I browse the Internet or draw with illustrator. Service from AudioCubes was excellent and I will be back for more goodies. …read full review

Good Points: It is silent and works quite well.
Improvements that are needed:
1.-The mouse wheel can be a bit stiff at times, and makes a very slight sound.
2.- It's a bit small compared to my old mouse - MS IntelliMouse 2.0.
3.- Some side buttons would be nice, for extra functions.
4.-A cordless version would be good as well.
This is a bog standard, plain vanilla mouse. If it weren't silent, it would sell for $5.
If a silent mouse is what's really important for you, then this is the mouse for you. For me it was.
Quality: 6/10
Value:4/10
Ease of use:5/10
Usefullness- ie silence: 9/10
